Welcome to the Miamisburg Barracudas for the 2026 Swim Season!  We are excited for another great summer.

Sycamore Trails Update:  The pool is under construction again this season.  Follow the Miamisburg Parks and Rec and Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center Facebook Pages for updates!  Due to the construction, we will practice at Wilson Park Pool and the Washington Township RecPlex this summer, see our practice page for more detailed information.  All swim meets will be AT our opponents pool again this summer.

2025 Fees:  

• Early Bird Registration April 1 - May 8: $100 per swimmer
• Regular Registration May 9 - June 9: $110 per swimmer

We do offer a multiple swimmer discount, and it is added automatically during the registration process.  

• 2 Swimmers per family: $25 off
• 3 Swimmers per family: $50 off
• 4 Swimmers per family: $75 off
• 5 or more Swimmer per family: $100 off

All fees MUST be paid in full by Monday, June 2nd.  Your swimmer will not receive their team shirt or cap until all fees are paid

2025 Volunteer Fees:

• Every family is required to complete 7 regular season jobs as well as 1 Champs job.  Please see the Parent Handbook for more information regarding volunteer positions.
• Work Fee:  $150/Family if volunteer requirement is not meet

Fundraising

In order to keep our fees low, fundraising is a necessary evil. Fundraising money helps us to purchase new equipment for the team.  In the past few years we've purchased: new grills, a trailer for storage, and lane lines.

• Corporate Sponsorships:  We send letters to local business in the off-season asking for sponsorships.  In 2025, we've raised $1200 in corporate sponsors.  If you know a company who is willing to sponsor our team, please share our corporate sponsorship form with them.  Check out our 2025 Sponsors on our home page!

• Dine to Donate:  We offer a Dine to Donate once a month between February and July.  Thus far in 2025, we've raised $800 for the team.  Even if you cannot participate in the event, please share with your friends and family on social media.  The more reach we can get, the more successful our fundraiser will be!  Check out the events page for the upcoming restrauant take overs.

• June 23: Raising Canes

• Zink's Fundraiser:  This is our main fundraiser for the season, and a requirement for all families on the team.  More information will be shared at the parent meeting!

Spirit Wear and Swimsuits

• Spirit Wear is through 937 Ink this summer.  All spirit wear orders are due by Monday, May 26th.  Spirit Wear will be ready 2 weeks after the store closes on May 25th.  All items will be available for pick-up at practices.

• ​Team Suits - We are using SwimOutlet for our suits again this summer.  Please remember, team suits are not required but encouraged.  Suits ship directly to your home, and usually arrive 2-3 business days after ordering.  We recommend ordering suits no later than June 1st for guaranteed delivery prior to the first meet.​ ​Swim Suit Shop
